Eight years of Professional Boxing experience working and training with some of the big names in the sport, i now bring my knowledge to you, this fitness club will be one of the best investments for you and the whole family from ages ranging as young as 6 to 60 years young,
I have trained some top professional boxers and also been in this business for more than eight years, traveled to many boxing gyms and seen many set ups and plans, I like teaching and showing the sweet science for a fit community.
Fitness boxing is also a great aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood.
